Stop building “common communities”

Build aCustomerCult.

We use cult psychology to turn strangers into believers who pay, stay, and drink the Kool-Aid.

The Enemy

Most communities are built like libraries, full of content that people rent and return.

No Culture.
The Consumption Trap

When your community is built to deliver “value” instead of declaring a mission, it self-selects for people who leave the moment the content stops feeling worth the price tag.

Womp womp.

The Cult Creator Model fixes the root problem by building for the tribal wiring in the human brain.

Before we tell you anything, answer one question. It sends you through the right door.

Two Doors. One Question.

Got Paying
Members Yet?

Pick your door. Two minutes, no call, no pitch. Your result and The Cult Report land in your inbox.

No. Still building it.

Score Your
Siren Call.

Your About page should pull the right person in and push the wrong one away. Paste it, or start from scratch, and we find the three notes: who you're calling, where you're taking them, and how you get them there.

Yes. I'm running one.

Is It Milk or
Kool-Aid?

Thirty-six checkpoints across your offer, your classroom and your community, then the one leak bleeding the most members. Milk means they're renting. Kool-Aid means they'd get the tattoo.

Free. The whole model plugs the leak.

The Founders

Who TF are
“The Twins”

Mike and Rick saying hello
Heyy, Mike and Rick Tielemans.

We're identical twins who fell in love with marketing when we were 16 years old. Well, we fell in love with freedom and found marketing to be the model.

That was until it lied to us.

We thought success was at the bottom of another funnel.

It wasn't until we were fired from our biggest client that we burned the ships and decided to stop focusing on marketing, and start making our clients MORE MARKETABLE.

It's been almost eighteen years of figuring out what actually makes people commit to something, and pay long enough to buy us freedom.

What we found: it never was about the content. It was about belonging to something. The second you build for the tribal identity they hold in their head, transactions turn into transformations.

And what we know for sure: the best way to get MRR (monthly recurring revenue) is by getting monthly recurring RESULTS.

We work with creators building paid communities and help them install the three beliefs that turn members into believers: the kind who stay, who recruit, and who sometimes get the tattoo.

Build for Belonging seal

The Credo

We believe…

  • We believe the future belongs to those who can unify strangers at scale
  • We believe that the need to belong is the most powerful factor in business
  • We believe that all human behaviour stems from their identity, and if you can control an identity, you can control the behaviour
  • We believe that monthly recurring revenue requires monthly recurring results
  • We believe it is not about getting more NEW members but getting more PER member
  • We believe in the price tag on making the world feel something (sup Drake)
  • We believe in building something that can't be copied
  • We believe there's no bad days when you're doing what you love with the people you like
The Reveal

You Don't Have a
Marketing Problem.
You Have a Belief Problem.

More content. More marketing. A better funnel. It kept not working because none of it touched the thing that makes a person commit.

People don't stay for information. They stay for identity.

A paying believer holds three beliefs: these are my people, this is going somewhere I want to go, and this is why it works this time. Install all three and they get the tattoo. That's the whole model, and it starts with your offer.
